The project Strengthening Migrant Voices in Integration Policies (EMVI) aims to enable and enhance the participation of migrants in the design and implementation of policies that directly affect the lives and integration of migrants in the local environment. The EMVI project aims to bring issues of political participation, integration and integration closer to local, national and European decision-makers
.The EMVI project will increase the involvement of migrants and empower them to become actors of integration policies. The project will strengthen the capacity of local administrations to effectively consult migrants, establish innovative tools for cooperation with migrant communities and develop new structured ways of consultation between municipal administrations and migrants. The
project brings together 12 different partners from five countries, including five partners representing municipal administrations: Lustenau Municipality (AT), Empoli Municipality (IT), Municipality of Berlin Mitt (DE), Community of Municipalities of Slovenia (SI), Migrant Advisory Council of the City of Graz (AT), 3 migrant organisations: Cultural Society Gmajna (SI), MoveGlobal e.V. (DE), ADYFE (AT) and 4 civil society organisations: Südwind (AT), Symbiosis (GR), COSPE (IT),
Peace Institute (SI).
