Skupščina je skupina članov organizacije, ki se redno srečujejo za odločanje o nekem območju ali področju organizacije.
Zavod Afriška vas je bil ustanovljen leta 2017 z namenom pomoči in svetovanja migrantom in organizacijo kulturnih dogodkov.
Zavod deluje kot skupnostna platforma, namenjena združevanju posameznikov afriškega porekla, ki živijo v Sloveniji, in tistih, ki jih zanima afriška kultura. Glavni cilj zavoda je razvoj in promocija afriške kulture ter hkrati spodbujanje družbene kohezije in vključenosti. S serijo tematskih večerov, predavanj, predstavitev in delavnic si prizadevajo poglobiti razumevanje Afrike ter spodbujati pozitivno dojemanje afriških kultur, zgodovin in prihodnosti. Zavod Afriška vas ima več kot 600 članov, vključno s prostovoljci.
